'Send a request' on Upwork Support not working

I am trying to submit a request to Upwork Support, but it seems as if 'Send a request' link is not working. Can others check and confirm with me that they are facing the same issue as well? Thanks

What is your question?

As for contacting Customer Support, what do you see when you go to the Support page while logged into your Upwork account, while using a desktop computer? Typically you should see a link you can click on that will allow you to submit a support ticket. It looks like this:

Do you get an error when you try to click the link to submit or the link isn't responsive?
