I submitted 3 proposals on Jan 13th (before I received my confirmation email on Jan 14th). Does this mean that my proposals did not go through? If so, does this mean that I lost the 10 connects I used??

I checked your account and can confirm that your proposals were successfully submitted. You can see your proposals by going to Proposals > Archived. Thank you.
