I am facing serious issue - communication gap with upwork customer support. There is no way to communicate with Upwork Support in immediate bases. Upwork is largest freelancing portal and doing cost cutting in support. How is it digestible?
We offer several ways for users to contact us and receive support with their questions. Due to the volume of users chat and phone support isn't available to all user at all times but they can still contact us via other channels such as this Community. Feel free to post your question here and we'll be happy to help.
So far I got immediate response from the customer support at any given time of the day to whatever topic I had.
I got support and help in 100% of all cases, at once.
I suppose its rather you doing something wrong than them.
From my point of view its one of the best customer support services I experienced.

There is for top rated freelancers... (Chat and Phone) You can use the ticket system or ask in the forum or read the help topics.
