Serious issue with the agency profile section

I've started to work on Upwork as an agency and went on to create the profile. After adding a service (and connecting it with a project from the portfolio), I wanted to make edits and link a different portfolio with the service.

Then I found out that I can't edit or delete the service from the profile. I went on to delete the project from the portfolio (in hopes that would also delete the service since there's no portfolio project linked to it), but now it's only a white rectangle in the middle of the agency portfolio. 

What is happening here because this cannot be the way that the profile has been designed, can it?
