Service Fees are tax deductibe?

Hello everyone,

I just need some clarification regarding services fees and taxation. I recently watched the Upwork seminar on filing taxes as a freelancer and the host advised that Upwork service fees are indeed tax deductible. 

If so, where would this be filed under?
