Service fee NOT changing from 20% to 10% after passing $500 earning mark

why am I still being billed for 20% service fee despite passing the $500 earning mark? is there a clause I failed to understand?

Hi Peter,

Please keep in mind that our sliding service fee is based on your earnings per client and not your total earnings. Once you have earned more than $500 for one client, the fee will be reduced to 10%. To learn more about this, check out this Help Article. Thank you.
