Service fee for an Upwork Plus client

I completed work for an Upwork Plus client. Is the fee 10% of the total (rather than the usual 20% of the first 500 and then 10% thereafter). I thought I read something to that effect, but cannot find it.

Hi Nilotpal,

It looks like you are referring to the flat 10% service fee. Please know that this is for Enterprise clients. You can find more information about it here.
