Services on hold

Hello,

I wanted to buy extra connects like 3 days ago, my payment suddenly got failed and didnt get processed.

a message was shown under the billing page saying "I need to verify my identity and some of the services are on hold" So I verify my identity by upload my ID card 3 days ago.

Up until now there is no new and still i cant buy extra connects because upwork is not processing my payment due to ID verification.

any help would be higly appreciated.
