Set Up Payment/ Name different

New/ First Job- I'm setting up payment option but my name documented in UpWork is from my Drivers lic. so it's my legal name, the name on my checking is different. How can I set up local bank ach when those are not matching? In the UpWork article it says the name in UpWork must match my checking account.

It does- Didn't your bank care that they opened an account in a name that isn't your legal name?

I've never had a problem with my name being different on my lic. vs. checking. Example : Drivers Lic. name- Michael Johnathon White vs. Checking Mike White does that make sense. I only use my full legal name on Drives lic. passport and big docs like mortgages.
