Setting the Hourly Rate

How to set the hourly rate.

I don't see the Pencil icon at my profile page to update the charge rate.

Also - I recently created my upwork account after being sent an invitation to become the part of an agency already working on upwork.

Hi Wajid,

Since your an exclusive member of the agency, you won't be able to do this. You can only work on projects from your agency and not as an independent freelancer. Please communicate with your agency owner or business manager regarding changing your profile rate as only they can do it.
