Setting up Payoneer

Hi,

I am trying to set up my payoneer account as a withrawal method. The issue I am having is that when I choose it, after selecting the option that I already own a Payoneer account.

After selecting this and login to Payoneer it makes me choose a card, it does not show the one I own but instead there is an option for ordering a new card. I do not want a new one. Should I contact Payoneer or is this an issue with Upwork?
