Setting up a payment method

I was setting up my payment method yesterday. Submitted all my details but name on my profile has Dr. In it. So it differs from the name on my bank account. Can anybody confirm how this issue can be resolved. UPWORK Support is not replying

Hi Ahmad,

 

You will need to update your name again following the same steps to update your name. If in case our team requires any additional information from you, they will reach out to you directly.

Hi Ahmad,

 

I checked your account, and it looks like you have already requested a name change. Upon checking, I can confirm that your request has already been approved. As for your payment method, for security reasons, your new payment method will become active in three calendar days.
