'Setting up payment' issue

 I got this message when I tried setting up payment on my account.

 

'We're sorry, we are unable to complete this task at this time. Please try again later.

 

Skrill is what I chose. Been trying since yesterday. The above message keeps popping up.

I tried setting skrill as my withdrawal option, this is the message I am getting 'We're sorry, we are unable to complete this task at this time. Please try again later.'

Call customer service and have them help you out. It's best not to start duplicate posts with the same question.

We had a system maintenance the other day, and this morning. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and let us know if the issue still persists.
