I am having trouble adding a nz account number into Direct to local pay method? It is asking for an 8 digit account number and a 4 digital suffix. That is not how NZ accounts are set?

I found this online for general NZ bank account numbers. I also found this help article from ANZ's website although I think this is for AU accounts. Please let us know if none of these solves your issue so that we can assist you further.

Hi There - I'm experiencing the same issue as this person.
When trying to set up payment details as a freelancer, it asks for a specific bank account format that isn't compatible with NZ account numbers so it won't register my account.
