Shared account / ID confusion

Hi, my brother and I are both working together and my brother is an adult but I am not. This hasn't affected getting paid or getting jobs however, after our first job, we need to provide an ID. So the account and company name are under my name but the info is under my brothers. Now, do I provide identification for both my brother and me or only one?
