Sharing URL of Portfolio

Hello, 

I would love to know whether I am allowed to share the URL of my portfolio in the description or only in the cover letters.?

Can I also mention my Skype ID if the client is asking?

Yes, you can share the URL of your portfolio as well as your skype id in the cover letters.

To clarify, if the website contains your contact information or contact form, you can't include it in your profile. You also can't share your Skype ID or other means to directly contact you in your profile.

You are allowed to include a link to your website or your contact information to your proposals. It is, however, recommended that users at least record main points, terms and changes in Upwork Messages.

Hello,

when I apply for a job, in the proposals I add links to specific projects from my Upwork portfolio, related to a job I'm applying.

Earlier when I was checking links before I send the proposial they worked fine, but this morning when I checked I realized they open my profile page.
Then when I checked the proposals that I sent the last few days, it was the same case, for example if I sent 3 links, only one was working!  I cant figure out why..
