Should I End the contract or just leave it open as it is if it won't hurt my JSS?!!ANYBODY HELP PLSS

Hi Upwork community,

I just have a small question, I have an in-active contract for more than 2 months now that I get scammed from
but I did not close the contract yet, I asked before if this could hurt my JSS if I End the contract myself
and they told me just leave it as it is but then I read that (One closed contract with no review won’t hurt your Job Success Score
as much as it would if you left it open and inactive for months) so I just want anyone to let me know if that it right and what should I do now
Should I End the contract or just leave it open as it is if it won't hurt my JSS?

You have six completed jobs, ALL with feedback.

You should be able to close the job in question without a decrease to your JSS.

 Was money paid under the contract? If yes, it won't hurt you open or closed.

If not, it will hurt you, (sooner or later) open or closed.

In other words, it does not matter.
