Hello everyone! 🙂
I have one question regarding one open contract since july 2016. I do not know what should I do.
Contract is inactive (for months), client is unrensponsive. I have treid to contact him, but wihout success.
My JSS was 100%, and 4 weeks ago has dropped to 96%. I think it's because of this inactive contract. If I close this contract, the client will not leave a feedback, and I'm affraid that this will affect my JSS to get worse.
What should I do?

Aleksandar, when it comes to JSS there are no guarantees, but according to Upwork only a 'pattern' of contracts without feedback will affect JSS, so if I were you I'd close that contract.

I have several contracts that were closed with no feedback and my JSS is 98%. Just don't close more than one or two every couple of weeks.
