Should I end the contract?

Hello,

I have some open contract with no funded milestone. Clients are looking forward to work with me but they are not assures that even they can provide more work or not for now i.e for this time they are assured. Although, I can end the contract but some long term clients wish that work will go within one project & they would like to just add a milestone instead of creating a new job.

I want to know that,

Is the open contract with no miletone decrease the JSS?

If yes, then for how many days this is safe to wait a milestone?

Hi Rajjat,

Contracts with no client feedback, including ones you ended or left open and inactive, will not affect your score unless you have excessive contracts with no feedback. If you would like to learn more details about your Job Success Score check out this Help Article.
