Should I offer my clients to choice a "website-theme" from third party website

I have been working in the field of "Web Designing & Developing". Sometimes, clients do not understand that which type of templates they exactly want or few times they change their mind frequently, say- do it, no no do that, change it, etc... In that situation if I sent a link from another website (to my client) who sales Themes & request him to choice a template or see a template for an example, Should it be unfair?

Shihab-Ul, I think providing the client links to a template site is ok, but you should make sure the client does not buy a template before asking you about it first, because there are a lot of templates for sale that are poorly coded or supported.
