Should I report the client?

I submitted all the articles required for my fixed price contract around 20 days ago but the client has been ignoring my messages. Should I report the client? I am afraid that he will leave a bad review that will ruin my jss.

How do you know this client is ignoring you? Maybe they just got busy. From time to time, I get a client that seems to have forgotten that they need to release the payment. They put the money in escrow and then think you've been paid. Others here may not agree, but I usually send them a message politely reminding them that they need to release the payment. I've never had one not apologize and then release the payment. Your payment will come to you regardless of whether they do or not. This may be of some help.

It sounds like you didn't submit for payment, or you would already have been paid a few days ago. 

There is nothing to report. Clients are not obliged to respond, I don't see that as a bad sign at all.

The cliches done nothing wrong. So of course you should not report him.

If I was the freelancer in this situation, the money would already be in my bank account.
