Should i qualify for upwork rising talent ?

Actually I have completed two jobs successfully with 4.8 ratting and also i have one on going job, If that client give me 5 starts then, Should i qualify for upwork rising talent ?

Please tell me. Because I want to particiapate in upwork rissing talent.

If you qualify for the Rising Talent program, you'll receive an email welcoming you to the program or inviting you to complete your profile bluestacks
