and also this is my google play profile

I want to show my clients that I am very active and with great reputation on a specific site and also what my projects are directlly on Google Play profile

Thoes this considered sharing my contact information?

Like Jennifer M says, you can say that in your proposal but you can't put that info in your profile or portfolio.

Jennifer M, and Jennifer D has answered correctly. You may include external links to your proposals. But please make sure that websites and links that have your contact information are not visible on your profile.
