Showing below mentioned warning while writing proposal, is it thing to worry?

Hello,

For many days I am getting below warning whenever I mention Apple app store game or app link in the proposal.

I use to share this type of store link to show my previously done work to the client.

Is it a serious problem? Can anyone from upwork official help me on this problem?

The stupid software thinks it (the highlighted part) is a phone number. Just ignore it.
