Signed up as freelancer instead of client by mistake

Hello, i signed up as freelancer by mistake. can you please help me to change it to a client?

Hi Nadav,

To create a client account from your freelancer account, follow this steps: 

1. Click the Accounts menu and choose Settings.
2. Click the Create a company link at the bottom of the settings list on the left.
3. Choose Create a client company.

thank you, i didnt open my freelancer acount and i dont want to. can i change to client acount without open a freelancer acount? i just signed up as freelancer by mistake.

Please follow the steps I have share below, once you have opened your client account let me know and our team will close your freelancers account.

Could you please log out and back into your account? You should be able to proceed as a client on Upwork.

Hi Nadav,

You can be both a freelancer and a client with the same profile and two separate parts. So no need to change it or create another profile. Here is how to do it.
