Similar jobs not available

Hello, every time I click on suggested similar jobs (image 1), I get the "This job post is not available in your location" message (Image 2).

Every time. It never happened before. Is there a problem, or just bad luck?

And why you show me those unreachable job posts? Just show me similar jobs I can bid on, please.
