Site not loading

Everytime I get to the site it is so slow and I try sending proposals but it doesn't seem to work. I keep getting redirected to a page that says "we couldn't complete your request. Please try reloading the page". What do I do? This has been going on for an hour now.

My job feed is very slow and when I open it error occured . Is upwork in maintenance?
