Does anyone know what it means when you are trying to submit a proposal and it says you don't meet the qualifications. The qualification is "English: Native"?

Hi Janice,

If you are a native English speaker you can go to Find Work> Profile, hover your mouse over language settings on the right and select "Native or Bilingual." Then you will not see the warning on jobs with that requirement.

Hi Janice,

To add to Valeria's reply, when clients are posting a job, level of English fluency is something they can set as a qualification to determine which candidates (freelancers) are able to submit proposals for the job. In the case you outlined, the client(s) are looking for freelancers with this level of English proficiency.
