I noticed that my Skrill controls were removed from payment methods. I can not add a new one, there is no such option. Will Skrill pay back to Upwork? What is the reason for removing Skrill?
Skrill is no longer available as a payment method on Upwork and you can find more details about its removal in the announcements we posted here and here, and in the notifications we sent to our freelancers who used this payment method.
