Slow response from Upwork to flagging jobs

There is a job posted about 8 hours ago saying literally that Upwork is garbage, amongst other things that would get heavily edited from this post if I wrote them. I flagged it and nothing happens.

What is the need for urgency? Is the post getting lots of applicants?

People who get paid to do this should act quicker, because in this case it is not necessary to investigate anything, they receive an alert, they read the job post, they delete it. Obviously there is no urgency or concern from Upwork because it was posted 8 hours ago. Maybe Upwork is too big to fail that they can afford this kind of negligence to become the new normal for their employees.
