Isn't that easy to say if you are not dealing with low scores in the first place? Before you judge me, I was away for a long period of time as a caregiver to my dad who was in hospice.

Context is everything. People who get their knickers in a knot over a single sub-perfect fb or when their perfect or near-perfect JSS dips a couple points often get advised to chillax because their career is not actually about to implode. On the other hand, people who are just starting out on the platform or who return from a hiatus and have to start over or build back from a substandard position are in a different situation where each contract outcome is much more consequential.
