I was applying for a Job , they required social impact Agency , Can i join the Group. If so , what are their pros and cons .

You can learn more about the group you mentioned here, by selecting their title and reviewing their program. Note that this program is by invite only and are currently only accepting members from participating Social Impact Agencies.

Unfortunately, we don't have list of associated agencies and there's no option to reach them. The only way to join an agency is to be invited by an agency admin. You can find more information about working for an agency and the related benefits here and here.
