Hi,
I have completed the work and client had released the payment. But under the project contract it is showing that "Some information on the page could not be loaded. Please try again later!" from last 3days.

Hi Shahnawaz,

Are you referring to Contract ID 29306498? If so, the contract is still active and is yet to be closed. I can see that your client's issue is still being investigated. The team will continue to assist them through their support ticket.

As for the issue you mentioned, I will request the team to investigate it further. They may need to reach out to you through an email support ticket if they need more information regarding your concern.
