Someone is impersonating me

Hi, 

I need assistance. Fortunately a client who was pissed posted this on Reddit (I won't post it here). But someone is impersonating my freelancer account. Including linking clients to my profressional website and my OLD cell phone number. 

Can someone please help me? This will cause monetary damage to me since this person is linking people to my phone number and web site. They are smearing my good reputation and name.
