Someone is spamming the web development boards on a regular basis

A buyer is posting numberous spam posts daily, they generally have the same title and inside the job post there is a link to some other site (dubaiexpolive)

And this buyer is doing that for several days now. Every day he comes up with a new job title and posts that 10-15 times.

Is there a way to stop this please.
