Let's hear it for Customer Support!
I gave them the profile that had a violation in it. I gave it to them. Free of charge.
They took it. Looked at it briefly and told me the violation was fixed.
Say WHAAAAT?
I checked it out the same way I found it originally.
You know what?
IT'S still there.
Eeeyup.
So out of the goodness of my heart I printscreened the violation for them. Apparently they didn't look at the whole page the first time, bless their hearrrts.
Hopefully they'll reopen the file and get the situation resolved finally.
