Someone sent me a contract last week. When I login to Upwork to view it and accept it, it doesn't exist. I know it is there because she sent me a screen shot from her end and what she sees on her screen is that she submitted a contract to me. But it does not exist on my end. How do I find the contract and accept it?

If you have an offer, it will be listed in the top section of the Proposals screen. If it's not there in the Offers section, then you don't have an offer from the client and you should ask them to resend it.

Hi Sabrina,
I just checked your account and I can't locate the offer you're referring to. Please note the client can always go to your profile and either invite you to their project or to send you a new offer by clicking "Hire Now."
You can share this help article with your client for more information on how they can easily hire you.
