I was trying to accept an interview invite when I received the error 'Something went wrong, please try again.' I tried different things with no help.

 

Can anybody help me get past this error and accept my interview invite? Please see the screenshot attached.

Hi Tarun,

 

I checked and it doesn't look like you have any active invitations to interview. I believe you either already accepted it or it's been withdrawn by the client.

Hi Anastasiia,

 

Could you please clear your cache and cookies, try using a different browser and let me know if you were able to accept the invite?

I also have the same problem... I'm trying to accept an interview but always the message something went wrong.

Hi Ciro,

 

Do you see the same error message if you clear cache and cookies or click "Accept" using a different browser?

I am getting the same message for 24 hours,

while trying to accept job interview.

 

This is the message i recieved from one of you Upwork team members...

 

"We are in constant contact with Tech Support to get this issue resolved."

Did you chat or submit a support request regarding this invite, or contacted our team in some other way? I don't see any recent tickets or communication with Customer Support from your account, and would like to follow up on the conversation you mentioned.

Hi Vladimir,

I am part the Entrprise Bench.

A couple of the Enterprise Talent Services Reps have contacted Tech Support for me.

But I better submit a ticket because its been 2 days and I still cant accept interview.

Yes I tried everything. It doesn't work and I don't know how to contact the employer.
