Sorry, you have been blocked. (While I am still signing up for the first time)

I am signing up as a freelancer. While inputting my certificate, it said "Saving" for a super long time.

Then reloaded to a page telling me my account has been blocked. Trying to contact help gets me the same page. 
How can I resolve this? I haven't even got started yet.

I'm sorry to learn that you're having this error with your account. However, I took a closer look and can confirm that there's no restriction on your account so this should not be the case. Could you please confirm if you're referring to a different or another account? If not, you may try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one. You could also clear your cache and cookies. Looking forward to your confirmation.
