I am signing up as a freelancer. While inputting my certificate, it said "Saving" for a super long time.
Then reloaded to a page telling me my account has been blocked. Trying to contact help gets me the same page.
How can I resolve this? I haven't even got started yet.

Could you please confirm if you're referring to a different or another account? If not, you may try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one.
