Many agencies want to work with freelancers who are within a couple hours of their own time zone so they can reach them during work hours. This would be a truly useful tool instead of searching by selecting specific countries that are within your timzone. Would love to see this functionality in the future Smiley Happy

You're IMO making a fatal wrong assumption here. You're assuming freelancers have to work conventional working hours, when it may well be the case (it certainly is in mine) that part of the joy if freelancing is being able to work very flexible hours and not being tied to the nine-to-five. They could be an insomniac and work best at night, for instance. You could be seriously constraining your options by looking for a particular time zone.

I only work at night the majority of the time so I have to agree with wise Stephen B.

You can state the hours you need the freelancer to be available, for example 8 to 4 US Eastern time, in the job description.
