Sourcing talent through Upwork as a freelancer? In violation?

Hello,

I am due to work on several personal projects whereby I would need to source talent outside the skillsets I advertise and offer on Upwork. Being an Upwork freelancer, and therefore familiar with the platform, the most

obvious choice for me would be to use Upwork. Would this be in violation of the sites T&C's?

If I am an Upwork freelancer needing to source talent is the only option for me to go elsewhere?

Not at all! Just add a client profile to your freelancer profile, add a credit card, and hire! Read about it here
