Spam Jobs. What steps are you taking?

This job is posted 3-4 times daily from the same location. Maybe client hasn't found the right freelancer for the job yet. I do understand that, but what measures are you taking to protect freelancers who loose their connects in these jobs now that you have implemented payment of connects which as far as I know hasn't done anything to reduce the bids which you claimed was the purpose of making connects paid. I haven't seen even 10 % drop in the bid rate, though you have made sure I don't bid too much. Also 4 connects for a $50 job is ridiculous, please make the starting point of 4 connects atleast $75 if not $100.

Do you mean 3-4 times every day or just 3-4 times once in one day? 

Did you report the jobs?
