Special Jobs Offer question for MODS

Mods...need your input.

I was invited to a project and it shows them as a Member Since: Jul 22, 2017 with no payment method verified.

WHY would this one not fall into the "Special Jobs Offer for 10%??

It qualifies for the "Special Job" if it is the first job posting of the client. One of our team will reach out to you directly to get further information on the job post and we can check on it.
