Specialist for project specification ?

In the last days, I spoke with several potencial clients about their jobs... A lot of clients do not have skills to write clear specifications if a project is bigger this is a mess . Good freelancers not will dive into it, clients start to be frustrated...Bad freelancers take every job, then clients breaking these contracts and start over... 

 I know that Upwork has some specialist for jobs, but this looks like protocol, just some official inviting and attention... 

For bigger success, it will be good to Upwork have some specialists for writing specifications to help clients to target goals, with video or clear spec for each part.

Hi

Yes most of the client normally having a dummy ideas. And Most of the them still holding few rough design and details. But yes it is up to us to create a good specification before we are diging into the long term projects.

Every aspects of a versions  and  stage is important. Yes, most of the client ignoring the project management standard and specifications.
