I recently qualified for "Rising Talent" status and I certainly appreciate the bonus Connects that were provided. However, I am wondering what is meant by "Access to chat and ticket support from a specialized customer support team" that is listed as one of several advantages of the RT program. How can I access that? Thanks

Hi Jeff,
The specialized customer support team is assigned in handling concerns specifically for Rising Talent and Top Rated freelancers. To reach out to them, you will need to create a support ticket and that will be assigned to the specialized customer support team so that they can assist you with any concerns you may have.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have yet to find the correct buttons to create a “support ticket”, hence my use of the forums and community. Can you offer details on how to create such a ticket?
