However, I am wondering what is meant by "Access to chat and ticket support from a specialized customer support team" that is listed as one of several advantages of the RT program. The specialized customer support team is assigned in handling concerns specifically for Rising Talent and Top Rated freelancers. To reach out to them, you will need to create a support ticket and that will be assigned to the specialized customer support team so that they can assist you with any concerns you may have.
