I have a specialized profile for voiceover work. I submitted to a voiceover job and selected that profile but when I saw the submitted proposal it had submitted my general profile. I've tried to edit it 3 times and it won't let me submit my voiceover profile. It always reads as general.
That proposal was 6 connections and now with the wrong profile up for the client that has nothing to do with the job it's basically worthless. How can either the profile be changed or the connections be refunded into my account? Also, why is this happening in the first place and how can this be fixed for future proposals?
