Spending too much connects and Writing proposals

I am having too much trouble in getting client responses.

there are many jobs which i have already done in the past and see them posted, I send a proposal with the samples of job-related work done, but still no response.

can anyone please help to review my profile and add some suggestions.

Keep trying. The first few clients are always the hardest to come by, since your profile doesn't show that you have the necessary experience or references. Once you get a few five star reviews, the ball will begin rolling and your client conversion rate will be far higher.
