Hi folks,
I did a search for this subject and found some related items, but nothing that actually answered my questions.
I only have three open proposals and one candidacy at the moment, but I see a time when these numbers are much greater.
I'm learning that clients don't often "finish" clicking buttons to close a job so these numbers continue to grow. What do most people do? Withdraw the proposal? Archive? Leave alone?
I would actually like to use this feature and keep it current, but I'm also not sure how long to keep things going? What is considered "current" when it comes to client hiring, and realizing the point your open candidacy is stagnant? I've been watching the interviewing and hiring numbers, so I have a vague idea, but what do others do?
Thanks!

I just leave them alone. They don't hurt. I rarely, if ever, look at them, they just sit there. They don't do any harm.
